Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the ZERQIVO platform, which analyses invoices and transaction documents and generates compliance reports with supporting evidence and a decision trail.

Using the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

Access requires creating an account. The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with their account.

Access is organised into company workspaces with differentiated roles. The workspace administrator is responsible for assigning roles and permissions.

The user agrees to upload only documents they own or are lawfully entitled to process, and not to use the service for unlawful purposes.

It is not permitted to circumvent access controls, usage limits or platform security measures, nor to carry out unauthorised automated activity.

ZERQIVO provides automated compliance analysis and does not constitute tax, legal or accounting advice.

Results produced by the platform must be verified against applicable law and, where necessary, by qualified professionals.

When the available information does not allow a verified rule to be applied, the service returns a review status instead of a tax conclusion.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes outside the provider's control.

The service applies usage limits (for example on the number of analyses within a time window and on uploaded file size) to ensure stability and security.

The platform, the rules engine, the interface and their contents remain the property of the service provider.

Uploaded documents and generated reports remain the property of the user or their organisation.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for tax, filing or business decisions taken on the basis of reports generated by the platform without professional verification.

The user may stop using the service at any time by requesting closure of their account.

The provider may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms or of any use that compromises the security of the platform.

These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated to registered users.

The contractual relationship is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, jurisdiction is determined under applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions and any statutory rules on territorial jurisdiction.
