Zerqivo is a document intelligence and audit platform. Automated analysis produces findings with evidence; authorised professionals provide the human verification where professional judgement is required.
How human review works
- 1. Zerqivo analyses the documents. Automated analysis extracts the data, runs deterministic checks and identifies the relevant findings with their evidence.
- 2. Eligible findings enter human review. A finding or case that requires or is asked for professional verification is placed in the human review workflow.
- 3. An authorised professional decides. A professional authorised for that country and area reviews the material and records their decision through Zerqivo's controlled governance process.
What reviewers do
A reviewer examines the analysis, the underlying document evidence and the cited official sources for a case inside their authorised scope, then records a decision with written reasoning.
Professional responsibility
A recorded decision is a professional act. Reviewers act in their own professional capacity and are responsible for the judgement they record; Zerqivo records it, it does not make it.
Independence
Reviewers act independently of Zerqivo commercial interests and of the customer whose documents they review. A reviewer may never confirm their own review.
Conflicts of interest
Reviewers must declare any conflict before acting. A declared conflict removes the reviewer from the case and the case is reassigned by governance.
Country and area authorisation
Authorisation is explicit and narrow: specific countries and specific subject areas. No reviewer holds worldwide authority.
Credential verification
You supply your identity, professional title, qualification, issuing authority and supporting documents. A second person in platform governance verifies them independently before any access is granted.
Dual control
Where a decision carries professional weight, a second independent authorised reviewer must confirm it before it becomes final.
Protections built into the process
These controls are enforced by Zerqivo's systems, not by policy alone.
- Verified credentials. A qualification is never accepted because it was uploaded. A second person in platform governance must confirm it before reviewer access exists.
- Country and area authorisation. A reviewer can act only on the exact countries and subject areas they have been explicitly authorised for.
- Conflict-of-interest controls. Reviewers declare conflicts and a declared conflict removes them from the case; reassignment keeps the full history.
- Dual control. Legally significant approvals require two distinct qualified reviewers. Nobody can confirm their own review.
- Traceable history. Every step is recorded: who acted, when, on what version, with what reasoning and evidence.
- Reassignment controls. Only authorised administrators can reassign a pending review, with a recorded reason, and the original assignment is preserved.
- Credential expiry and re-verification. Expired or suspended qualifications remove eligibility automatically; historical records are never deleted.
- Auditable decisions. Completed decisions are immutable. Reopening creates a new version instead of rewriting the old one.
